A six bedroom converted stone barn which has recently been fully refurbished to provide a quality holiday letting.
No pets are allowed and no smoking is permitted in The Grange.
There are six bedrooms; five on the first floor and one on the ground floor.
Family bedroom with double and two singles; en-suite shower and W.C.
Two double bedrooms each with en-suite shower and W.C.
Two twin bedrooms.
Family bathroom: bath, shower cubicle and W.C.
Twin bedroom with W.C. close but not en-suite.
Total 14 permanent bed spaces.
Two double bed settees in the lounge.
N.B. Prices quoted are for up to 14 guests using the permanent beds. There is an extra charge of £50 per person exceeding those using the permanent beds to be arranged and paid in advance.
There are two cots and two high chairs available at no extra cost, but I do not supply cot bedding and have none.
Comfortable dining facilities for up to 18 guests.
Fully equipped kitchen including two double oven cookers, two large refrigerators and a large freezer.
